  3. 3 The consent disclaimer is shown immediately above the “Confirm booking” button. The transactional checkbox is required to complete booking; the marketing checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.
  4. 4 Customer reviews and clicks “Confirm booking”. The booking is recorded with the customer’s explicit consent timestamp.
  5. 5 The business sends transactional reminders via Anchor Physical Therapy Clinic over 866-682-7234 in line with the disclosed frequency.
